Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver your orders and run our business, nothing more. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, company, phone), order data (products, addresses, invoices), payment metadata (never full card numbers — those live with our PSP), and basic analytics about how the site is used (page views, device type, rough location at the city level).
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, issue invoices required by law, respond to support requests, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors we need to operate (payments, shipping, email, hosting) — all of whom are bound by contract.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by Romanian tax law. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time — write to privacy@produsehotel.ro and we'll respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (Romania's data protection authority) at dataprotection.ro.
International transfers
Our hosting and some processors operate inside and outside the EU. When data leaves the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision to protect it.
