Coverage & carriers
Romania is covered next-day by FAN Courier and Sameday for postal codes serviced by their networks. Cross-border EU orders ship via DPD and DHL depending on destination — you'll see the chosen carrier at checkout and on the tracking page.
Lead times
Orders placed before 14:00 EET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard transit times from dispatch: Romania 1–2 business days; Austria, Hungary, Germany 2–4; France, Netherlands, Spain 3–5; Italy 2–4. Custom and private-label items follow the lead time quoted on the product page.
Shipping costs
Romanian orders above 500 RON ship free; below that a flat 25 RON applies. EU orders are priced by destination and weight — the exact amount is shown before payment, with no surprises at delivery (duties and VAT are included).
Tracking & proof of delivery
Every shipment gets a tracking number sent to the email on the order. Signed proof of delivery is retained for 12 months and can be requested at any time.
