Sustainability

Hospitality runs on consumables. We work to make ours lighter on the planet without making them lighter on the guest experience.

Materials

Our bath amenities use recycled PCR plastics where performance allows and aluminium or glass where it doesn't. Textile ranges prioritise long-fibre cottons that survive more wash cycles — fewer replacements, less waste.

Packaging

We ship in right-sized corrugate with paper void-fill, and our case packs consolidate SKUs so a single delivery replaces three. Shrink-wrap and polybags are being phased out across the catalogue by the end of 2026.

Suppliers

We audit every manufacturing partner annually on labour practices, water use, and chemical management. We publish the list of certifications each line carries (EU Ecolabel, OEKO-TEX, FSC, GOTS) directly on the product page.

What we're not saying

We're not carbon-neutral. We don't claim to be. We measure scope 1 and 2 emissions and buy verified offsets for the irreducible remainder of our own operations — but the honest work is reducing the footprint, not labelling it away.
