Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every order placed on produsehotel.ro. They exist to be clear, not to be clever — if anything is ambiguous, write to us.
1. Who we are
produsehotel.ro is operated by the legal entity registered at Strada Memorandumului 28, 400114 Cluj-Napoca, Romania. VAT and company registration details appear on every invoice.
2. Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we send the order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or adjust it — for example if stock is unexpectedly unavailable or a price was published in error. In those rare cases we notify you before charging.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in RON or EUR and include Romanian VAT where applicable. For EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies and VAT is removed at checkout. Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer for orders above 5,000 RON, and SEPA for EU business accounts.
4. Warranty & liability
All goods carry the statutory EU consumer warranty of 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use in commercial settings — this does not limit your statutory rights.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumer disputes that can't be resolved bilaterally may be referred to the ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
